A family business established for over 45 years, Wallrocks is proud to display high quality collection of genuine 18th and 19th century antique desks, writing tables and library tables, which are sourced in original condition from around the world and restored in Australia to specific client requirements.

With French Empire, Louis XV, Louis XVI, Chippendale, Georgian and Art Deco styles, and from large partners and pedestal desks to the smaller French bureau plats, we have antique desks available to suit all interiors. All of our pieces are tightly vetted prior to shipment, and each piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.One of our most diverse collections, antique desks and writing tables come in a multitude of shapes and sizes to suit all interiors. Some are very simple and practical, whilst others are a statement with beautifully detailed inlays, embellished with fine brass or ormolu mounts. Many of our writing tables are decorated on every side, designed to free- stand in the middle of a room rather than up against a wall. All are of extremely high quality and made with the greatest attention to detail and materials.

During the restoration process which takes place in our on site workroom, we are able to custom restore vintage desks to suit individual client tastes. The antique desks can further be personalised as required, with the addition of a beautiful quality replacement leather writing surface, available in a selection of colours and imported from Europe specifically for the purpose.
