Browse our gallery of exceptional quality 19th century French antique lighting where we carry everything from fine crystal chandeliers made from gilded bronze, the finest cut baccarat crystal, hand-painted and coloured glass and porcelain, to the finest hand-wrought iron.
Each piece of antique lighting is hand-selected from around the globe and imported into Australia directly by Wallrocks, and include everything from French girondelles, crystal chandeliers, quirky vintage lamps and more, and all is restored to original condition and re-wired to Australian Standards. We delight in finding these hidden ‘gems’ during our frequent buying trips overseas, and are a delightful addition to any home or office and we can source specifically on client request. Our most significant piece of antique lighting that we sourced for a client, spanned six feet in diameter complete with 24 lights, crystal and ormolu and can be seen in the ‘Lookbook Gallery’.
From re-fitted brass oil lamps, to gilt-wood carved lamp bases, etched glass hanging lamps and impressive cut crystal chandeliers, these original ‘one of a kind’ pieces bring some unique character and history to any setting and are quite the talking point!. Adding a beautiful new co-ordinated shade as required can also help transform an old treasure into a modern masterpiece suited to any contemporary home.
