Re-polishing or Waxing
As part of restoration, we can clean and gently re-polish and or wax this piece of antique furniture depending on your individual taste. Our French polisher has been with us for 40 years, and does everything by hand. No spray guns, and no nasty polyurethane sprays. Polishing allows the grain of the piece of furniture to become evident once again, and waxing provides a soft glow, however there is also the option to keep the piece in totally original condition if this is your preference. Customise Your Desktop Leather
Where possible, we try to salavage the original leather on a piece if it is beautiful, however this is not always possible where time has left to great a mark. We offer clients the opportunity to have a high quality custom desktop leather made to your exact specifications.
Do you have a particular colour scheme you’re trying to work with? Simply provide us with a colour swatch and we will have one made to match. Options include matt or colour graduated, aged with patina or looking brand new and don’t forget to tell us what style of embossing you’d like for your borders and if you’d like them gilded as well.
