Wallrocks Restoration Transformations: A huge part of the excitement for our clients is seeing these beautiful but often forgotten pieces transform to their former glory! Handing a 200 year old piece of furniture to our master craftsman, full of centuries of dust and dirt, going through a painstaking restoration process and finally witnessing a true transformation…these are the ‘wow’ moments for us!

Covered in the most beautiful Colefax and Fowler, this bed was gently cleaned and waxed. The rails were extended to meet standard length and a custom slatted base made.

This was a stunning quality 19th century French gilded king size bed. One very clever client saw through the old to what could be.

A time consuming and painstaking repair to the gilt-work and carvings on this bed. A challenge to retain the original gilt while repairing the old...but we did it!
