1. We will sit down with you and take a detailed brief to understand exactly what you are hoping to achieve in the design.

2. Where necessary, we will produce concept and technical drawings to assist you to understand the design and ensure accurate manufacture.

3. We will walk you through fabric and trim options for selection.

4. Once the design of your custom made furniture is approved, we will source the relevant high quality materials from the best timbers suppliers, foundry’s and craftsman in the world, and commence the process of mockup, build and finishing.
